As the Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner for ANC 3C02, he has earned a reputation for being a tireless advocate who prefers results over rhetoric. From leading committees to increasing government transparency, Adam has spent his time in local office building the partnerships necessary to move projects forward, not just talk about them. Public service runs in Adam’s family. He grew up watching his dad serve on the local school board for fifteen years, not for recognition, but because he believed that showing up and working hard could make life better for the students and families around him. When his father disagreed with decisions school leaders made, he didn’t just complain, he ran for office and did something about it. That example shaped Adam’s belief that government can be a force for good when it listens, leads, and delivers.
 

Professionally, Adam brings a high level of technical expertise to the table as a policy analyst and government relations expert who has worked across D.C. government, the private sector, and federal agencies. He doesn’t just talk about policy; he writes it. Adam has drafted key legislation and testified before the D.C. Council to champion smart economic strategies and a more robust business environment. Adam is running for Council because he believes Ward 3 should be a place where both residents and businesses can thrive.
